โ๏ธ Second filming day since surgery. ๐ฉต
Fifteen years ago, I had this same surgery on my other hip & in my 20s, I bounced back quickly.

A larger tear. Five anchors. Less mobility.
As someone who grew up dancing โ who lives through movement โ that fear has been very real.

We donโt always bounce back the way we expect.
Sometimes progress is slower, quieter, & asks more patience than weโd like.
Iโve stayed consistent with PT, honored where my body is, & rebuilt strength week by week: not rushing, not forcing, just showing up.
Iโm not where I was pre-surgeryโฆbut Iโm moving forward.
And I trust the momentum will keep building.
If youโre in a season where progress feels slower than youโd like, youโre not behind.

Slow & steady really does win.โจ
