Nature keeps coming up time and again as an antidote to todays world of illusion and confusion. We need to ground and breath and connect to the forest floor and canopy above and be held in Mother's embrace and her freedom from duality.

Join me for my next Forest Bathing offering on Enchanting Run. If you have not tried this contemplative way of approaching nature I think you will find it deepens our sense of connection so the idea of the web of life, becomes experiential in the here and now. We can embody this experience and nature will bring us home.

Next time is scheduled for October 5 from 1 to 4. This is always an adventure tailored to who attends. You will learn some key basic Forest Communion techniques. We will share and spend time immersed and receptive to the flows of nature all around us. We will bring our heartbreak and stress to this forest cathedral, coming as we are to remember a deeper truth that can help us now.

Join me for a wonderful way to celebrate the fall equinox. Sunday September 21st. 4 hour breathwork in the Forest! Balancing with Mother Nature, and Balancing in your own energies by allowing everything to be felt, breathed and integrated in the Medicine Wheel of your heart.

We will be in the new Forest Gazebo, a wonderful tree house amidst the fluttering leaves of the canopy just above Enchanting Run. See picture Below.

Like Nature we let our roots deepen into our ground of being and welcome what arises for us on the breath. Grief, Ecstasy, Self Acceptance, forgiveness and surrender, flow through us, and cleanse us. Visionary but full bodied, this process helps us release and restore stuck energies deep below our defenses, and recharge our lifeforce and our love.

Using Movement, Music and Full Continuous Breathing a safe altered state is created which helps you see and tune your soul journey for the next months to come.

A glimpse into a fire & drum circle held under a super full moon here at Earthwalk Ways. Drums and fire invoke the primal human consciousness and community. The especially bright super moon bathes us with light and with peace. We play, laugh, and reflect with one another, ready to bring a renewed spirit into our everyday lives.

Good evening everyone,

There is still time to sign up for our Magical Child Forest Adventure, Sunday June 29th at 11:00-3:00.

This immersive and playful excursion will awaken the child that still exists inside us as adults, as we hop over rocks, wade in the river, and relish the sunlight on our skin. A picnic will follow our wondrous sensory adventure.

Time spent in nature connects us all to the world around us as well as ourselves. Vitamin "N" benefits us physically, psychologically, and emotionally. Let nature open you up and restore you.

Snacks will be provided. A towel and water bottle are recommended.
