I am pleased to have a new video for you all, a video I have been wanting to make for some time, but did not have the time until now 😉
I'm calling it Pose Perspective. Using my knowledge of anatomy (as a professor, student of anatomy gurus Judith Lasater and Mary Richards, and certifiable anatomy nerd), and the wisdom of yoga to dive deeper into our yoga practice one pose at a time (similar to my Healthy Posture workshop Dragonfly Yoga Studio).
This first video takes a look at Chair Pose (Utkatasana), and I encourage you to get on your mat with me and try it out for yourself. Please send me any feedback you have (positive, negative, neutral) about your experience, and if there is a pose you'd like to explore with me leave a suggestion in the comments below!
Finally, if you feel called to do so, please consider making a donation to your local yoga studio and/or yoga teachers. These are challenging times and community support really can go a long way 🙏. If you are unable to make a donation, worry not! It is in no way required. All I require of you is to donate some time to yourself.
