Also, I’ve just made my two hour sessions available on the site so you can now book those at your leisure. My only hold out was for screening purposes, but most of you are regular clients at this point and I know that extra time can be significant when you’re dealing with chronic pain and tension.

How’s everybody doing?

I knew we had lots of government workers around here, but honestly, sometimes I don’t ask about someone’s job (beyond the intake form) because lots of you like to come in and forget about work, rightfully so.

These last few weeks have been unsurprisingly slow. Not only are we smack in the middle of holidays; I know everyone in our community is dealing with the situation in DC. My only shock was the emotional whiplash of finally hitting my stride after a year and some change only for it to pump the brakes. But I get it! I’m not here to tell you to come get a massage when you may be stretching for groceries.

When life slows me down, I like to look closer to home to see what needs my attention. This week, I did an entire home refresh. I plan to reorganize my home art studio and finish a couple jewelry collections I’m working on. I just bring all this up because I think it’s so easy for our environment to begin to reflect our inner chaos and vice versa when circumstances fall apart or rearrange. I’m blessed to have a home to organize along with the means to keep it tidy and decorated in a way that reflects me.

Life ebbs and flows. Something I’m grateful for this week and every week is to have a place of peace to return to at the end of every day🖤

I just opened up a rare late afternoon appointment for Monday the 24th for a 90 minute session. I don’t expect it to last long, so hop on Vagaro to claim it if you’ve been needing to get in, but can’t make earlier hours work.😊

Happy Monday everyone!

The last couple weeks have fallen apart a little bit, but that’s always to be expected around the holidays. I hope you’re all taking care of yourselves🙏🏼

I have varying availability most days this week, whether you want some pre-holiday relaxation (never underestimate the power of a good Swedish!) or you need some therapeutic care (myofascial release and Thai hybrid for example🙌🏼).

Sometimes, you might not even know what you might need or want. In that case, my brain is here to be picked!

Just a couple schedule announcements. I have one session available each day this week Monday through Thursday. Wednesday has a couple appointments available on the books!
