Heal Me Yoga Institute Heal Me Institute offers Yoga Teachers Certification Training. 200 hours, 300 hour advanced training This includes Yoga's History and Philosophy.

We train you to transform yourself through the Science of Yoga
so that you can, as a yoga teacher, help transform our troubled world. We offer Yoga Teachers Training Certification in Spiritually orientated Yoga. We study from the sacred sutras of Patanjali, the Bhagavad Gita and other sacred texts. We offer in depth training on how to effectively teach asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, dhyana (meditation). How to teach for the purpose of helping your students enjoy more physical, emotional, mental and spiritual ease which translates into health. We understand that when we are at ease our lives will be more peaceful and meaningful. We feel yoga and meditation are the keys to radiant health. Ayurveda is a big part of this training as a healthy body helps to deepen the yoga experience. We offer small classes of no more than 8 - 10 trainees so that each trainee can get as much support and practice as possible from the lead trainers and staff. We support you in your journey to becoming a yoga teacher by encouraging you to teach yoga in the community as a service/seva. We have guest teachers and business owners who will share with you tips on how to become financially successful. Join us at the next training. All are Welcome.
