Apply Spf where skin is showing, the whole face, hands, arms, neck, chest, ears, and the back of the neck. Wear protective Spf, or protective clothing. Stay in the shade as much as possible.
The earlier the protection the better ✨

You have morning and night to improve the way your skin looks.

Morning routines are just as important as night routines, so make that a habit as well.

Tip: if you go to the gym or workout in general first thing in the morning, don’t wash your face. Spray on a hydrating and apply Spf. After your work out then go ahead and do your morning routine as normal
