Accepting new patients at 12 convenient locations in Washington, Fayette and Greene Counties for Primary Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health services. Centerville Clinics participates in most Managed Care programs and accepts both Medicare and Medicaid Managed Care. The primary-care services offered by Centerville Clinics include family practice, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics and podiatry. Among the specialty care services are allergy treatment, audiology, cardiology, dentistry (including preventative dentistry, cleaning, examination, restoration and laboratory services), dermatology, ear-nose-and-throat, endocrinology, gastroenterology, industrial/occupational medicine, neurology, ophthalmology, podiatry, pulmonology, physical medicine, psychiatry, radiology, surgery and urology. Centerville Clinics also provides extensive outpatient diagnostic services, including laboratory services and a fully certified mammography program. NOVEMBER IS NATIONAL CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE (COPD) AWARENESS MONTH!

The theme for 2025 is "Short of Breath, Think COPD".

Centerville Clinics Inc. Coal Worker's and Chronic Respiratory Disease Program and Black Lung Clinic is a non-profit Clinic that has been working with coal miners since we opened in 1955. We are a member of the National Coalition of Black Lung Clinics' and we work closely with the Department of Labor, the UMWA, and other agencies to provide coal miners with black lung benefits assistance and medical services.

Although most common among coal miners, Black Lung can be found in any occupation exposed to coal dust. Coal worker's pneumoconiosis, (CWP), commonly known as "black lung disease", occurs when coal dust is inhaled. Over time, continued exposure to coal or coal dust, causes scarring in the lungs, impairing your ability to breathe.

If you have been exposed to coal or coal dust, worked above ground, and, those who worked on coal barges and other coal-related transportation, or, if you work or had worked in industries related to coal, you are eligible for the program.

Dr. Daniel Holt, Practice Physician and Centerville Clinics' Medical Director, is a physician specialty trained in respiratory disorders and will examine your lungs and prescribe the treatment needed to improve your respiratory condition. With early diagnosis and treatment, people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) can improve their quality of life and breathe better.
