Yin Yoga - holding poses 3-5 minutes to reach deep connective tissue, the only yoga class where you feel the benefit for up to 72 hours 🤩

Morning Stretch - dynamic stretches that help with mobility while strengthening and lengthening the body.

Yoga Flow - begin slow, dynamic stretches, move into a flow with a peak pose. A FUN class that meets you where you are at. All levels, really!

Beginner Yoga - Slower pace with Mindful Movement, focusing on the foundations of Yoga Asanas.

Yoga Nidra & Sound Journey -
