As we move into colder days, it's hard to not hibernate! With this in mind, we are adding additional time slots to our group class schedule.
We have some interest in an 8am class, but I'd like a little bit more insight before adding this time slot to our schedule.
*It would be a mix of our current Stretch & Flex and Body Blast classes. Great for beginners or for those who are looking to get their bodies moving, get toned and more flexible.
*Start time would be 8:15 ish am. Would you prefer 30 or 45 minutes?
*What day(s) of the week would work best?
*Are there other time slots that would allow you to attend a class regularly?
