This January 18th, join us at Englewood Meditation Center and Gardens for a workshop dedicated to healing, elevating and nurturing the Power Of Community.

What to expect:

- self-reflective guided meditations
- collaborative music and non-music based exercises
- Observing the various stigmas within oneself and among community
- active listening to hear and validate one another’s personal, individualized life experiences
- Celebrate our differences to ignite a fire of harmony and greater sense of belonging

- open discussion to reflect, express what hurts, and support each other for healing.

There is a calling coming from our hearts
Echoing through the trees
Dancing with the sacred fire
Beckoning you to be free

Teaching us how to honor
The Mother As Our Home
Temporarily as we recall our destiny
And realize how far from love we’ve roamed.

This calling from our hearts
Awakens our every cell
Teaching us the truth of our existence
Can be seen as a blessing, instead of hell.

Hazrat Inayat Khan said “Selflessness, Self-Less-Ness produces humbleness in one’s spirit, taking away the intoxication which clouds the soul……
once one has risen above this, one has climbed Mount Everest.
One has reached the place where earth ends, and heaven begins.”
