Tasty tarts! Vanilla sweet shell filled with vanilla bean French pastry creme.
The first topped with mangos, black seedless grapes, kiwi and strawberries.
The bottom topped with blueberries, kiwi and strawberries.

I made these tarts and 2 others in rectangular lidded pans for a cookout making it easier to serve and clean up.

These tarts are done in a rectangle aluminum pan for cookouts and picnics and have a plastic cover.
