Carson from Transitions Hospice truly brightened our snowy morning with his thoughtful gestures. He arrived with hot coffee and delectable warm donuts, and we even went a step further by crafting gingerbread cookies together. Carson is an invaluable member of our Stone Crest community, often present with us from Monday to Friday. Those who have had the pleasure of meeting him recognize his inspiring, caring, compassionate, and outgoing nature. Thank you, Carson, for being such an essential asset to our community. His visits not only bring joy and comfort but also foster a sense of togetherness and warmth among us all. We are truly grateful for the positive impact he has on our lives, making each day a little brighter and more meaningful.
