Good Afternoon fellow followers 😊 We here at Kindy Care have a few residents who receive no visitor's, no mail, no calls and we would love to change that for them. Every resident here is extremely happy and easily pleased but we feel everyone should have something to look forward to or something that surprises us with a bit of sunshine behind it. So we are reaching out to the public to see if enyone would want to send a few cards, or write a letter to these lovely residents and maybe coordinate with us to possibly come in for a social hour and have coffee and a sweet treat while doing an activity or telling our favorite childhood stories!?
To send a card all you have to do is write :

We're hiring! If you or someone you know is looking for a job, send them our way. We're looking to fill an overnight, 3rd shift position. Potential applicants can submit their resume on our Indeed post; just search for Kindy Care Center. Here's a quick overview of what we're looking for:

- Must be18 or older, have a high school diploma or GED, have reliable transportation and are able to pass a background check.

- Must have a current TB test or willing to obtain one, and CPR / First Aid certified or willing to obtain.

- Looking for staff who can do some basic cooking, meal assembly and serving, medication passing, toileting, showering, personal hygiene, basic medical care, along with basic housekeeping and laundry.

- Must have above average interpersonal skills as employees deal with families, physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals who visit our home.

- Must have a willingness to show up for and work an entire scheduled shift.

Although his birthday isn't until tomorrow, The Care Team was so kind as to get Bobby some balloons, a card and even chocolate ice cream! Rebecca, you made his day! Thank you for the kindness and generosity!

Hi everyone! It's been a little while since we posted, as we've been busy enjoying the beautiful Michigan summer.

I wanted to pass along some information -- we have immediate openings at our facility; private or semi-private rooms are available. Home cooked meals, laundry, medications, visiting physicians and so much more!
