My wife Cynthia Husted and I recently started a non-profit called Science and Spirit Institute which partly is focused on energy medicine. We recently started studying the use of direct current to treat AFib and also ALS. Neufit (Austin)supported us by supplying a "Neubie" device and the training. We just got our first two papers published using the new type of treatment (direct instead of alternating current.

Links to these papers will soon be available on Neufit website and then on our Science a Spit Institute website.

Extrinsic (our "work" muscles) vs Intrinsic (our postural muscles) respond to commands or feeling/sense, respectively. This follows very closely to intrinsic vs extrinsic motivation. It turns out that intrinsic motivation is much more creative and generally more effective than extrinsic motivation (rewards, promotion,
etc.) Similarly, we focus on intrinsics in Rolfing SI to promote ease and creativity of movement to maximize our performance/comfort,/etc.
