Why has the prevalence of autoimmune diseases increased exponentially since 1990?
Contrary to conventional wisdom, your body is not inherently flawed; rather, it is reacting to the toxic environment that surrounds us.
The dramatic rise in autoimmune diseases cannot be attributed to genetics, as our DNA did not suddenly mutate in a single generation. Instead, it is clear that changes in our environment have had a profoundly detrimental impact on human health.
Following 1990, thousands of novel food chemicals were quietly approved, including artificial sweeteners, preservatives, colorings, seed oils, MSG, fluoride and so-called "fortified" foods that have replaced real nutrition it with synthetic substances.
Concurrently, endocrine disruptors permeated our world, encompassing plastics, pesticides, birth control runoff, fragrances, detergents, even receipts. These chemicals mimic estrogen, throwing our hormonal systems into chaos. As a result, our livers became overburdened, our immune systems became confused, and our guts – the foundation of our immune systems – began to leak.
Furthermore, vaccines have contributed to this phenomenon, with the increasing presence of adjuvants, preservatives and immune activators in the vaccine schedule, starting in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Aluminum, polysorbate 80, formaldehyde and DNA fragments were all designed to provoke an immune response. When combined with leaky gut, nutrient deficiencies, and chronic inflammation, this creates the perfect storm for the development of autoimmune diseases.
Leaky gut allows toxins and undigested proteins to enter the bloodstream, triggering an immune response as the body attempts to attack these foreign invaders within various tissues and organs. Consequently, the body begins to attack its own tissues, leading doctors to diagnose patients with autoimmune diseases, implying that their bodies are flawed. However, this is not the case; rather, the body is reacting to an environment for which it was not designed.
We have replaced real food with chemicals, sunlight with screens, and movement with medication. Now, we are paying the price. Nevertheless, there is hope for recovery. By detoxifying the body, removing endocrine disruptors, restoring mineral balance, and healing the gut lining, the immune system can calm, inflammation can subside, and the body can regain its natural balance.
Autoimmune diseases are not mysterious entities; rather, they serve as a message – one that has been ignored for far too long. We were not born with defects; instead, we were born into a toxic world that our bodies have been striving to survive. Once we remove the toxins, our bodies can finally heal.
