My name is Ian DiGiacomo and I have been a professional personal trainer for the past 13 years. I have been fascinated with strength for as long as I can remember. My life long passion has become my profession and I realize how truly fortunate that makes me. I started this company because I enjoy helping people with what I’ve learned over the years and continue to learn. My goal is to help people become stronger, more resilient, and prepared for what life demands. In my opinion, the experience of hiring a good trainer/coach should be life changing.
