If you are struggling to lose weight and it is a medical concern, talk to your doctor about GLP-1 medications as a launch pad or catapult to help you turn your health around. But make no mistake, if you intend on relying solely on the drugs to make you slim and healthy, then get ready to make that a lifelong medication you need to take.

Better idea, use the catapult to lose weight but in the meantime, put strong, healthy habits in place so you can ween off the drugs within a few months.
