Don't sit there and try to tell me with a straight face that cooking healthy for you and your family is too hard LOL. If my 3 year old can do it, so can you!

Sometimes a little perspective helps us get motivated again. Nutrition is responsible for the majority of your health and fitness results!!!

I used to compete in Powerlifting and Strongman, which are two of the three most well known strength sports. Overall it was a great experience and I would do it all again. However, it did result in severe knee pain during and for years after.

Suffice to say I learned a lot about knee pain and what worked to course correct the agony I was in. Let me know what you think of the tips in the comments.

Jack and I started working together to prepare him for a high level soccer program. After that we have been knocking down goal after goal together. He is very dedicated and consistent which is all I could ask for in a client. His next goal is to climb mount Kilimanjaro in Africa in November! Not for the faint of heart.

Some parents work themselves to an early grave to leave their kids a "legacy" and set them up financially. I can assure you that when your time is up, your kids would rather have more time with you than all the money in the world.

Bottom line, be around longer and enjoy the miracle of parenthood. That is done through health and fitness.

People take so many drugs to solve their problems. Some are necessary, others are not. If you keep an active lifestyle you can minimize the amount of drugs you need to take to maintain your health.

I hate to see people who are struggling to lose weight, get "lost in the sauce" of concepts that aren't the real problem in most cases.

I prefer honesty. The truth is not always trendy or sexy but if you want REAL results, let's get honest.

There are many ways to lose weight, but none as predictable and dependable as knowing what you consume on a daily or weekly basis.
