Location : Freeport Primary and Immediate Care
Employment Type : Part-time
We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team and help create a welcoming, efficient, and caring front office experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
路 Greeting patients with professionalism and a positive attitude
路 Answering phones, scheduling appointments and managing incoming inquiries
路 Verifying insurance and collecting co-pays.
路 Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring smooth patient flow
路 Supporting clinical staff and providers with administrative coordination
Key Requirements
路 Front office experience preferred
路 Medical office experience required
路 Friendly and professional demeanor
路 Excellent time management skills
路 Strong multitasking ability

After much discussion and continuing to watch our current winter weather pattern we have decided to remain closed Wednesday, January 22, 2025. This decision is not made easily, however, the safety of our staff and patients is our top priority. Due to the predicted weather in our area, we will close our office tomorrow, Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 1pm in order to keep our staff and patients safe.
