HEALTH FAIR UPDATE- Out of love and care for our community, we’re going to pause our Spring Health Fair for now - A few of our amazing vendors are under the weather, and we want everyone feeling their absolute best when we gather. The GOOD news? We’re not canceling the magic… we’re reimagining it

Sadly the Health and Wellness Fair has been canceled due to some vendors not being able to make it. I was going to have a giveaway for a free wellness session...your choice of
1) halotherapy
2) ionizing foot soak
3) sound and light therapy
4) chakra light therapy.
So let's still give one away!!

I am so excited to try my first aerial yoga class tonight at The Yoga Garden Collective! Trying new things is so beneficial for achieving life goals. But it's difficult, or it can be. Anxiety is a thing....I'm not graceful. Am I going to get tied up upside down or worse yet, fall on my head?
Are you wanting to try classes but feel like you just can't do it? Afraid you are too overweight? Not strong enough? Afraid people won't like you? I get it. First of all, the Yoga Garden community is very welcoming and would never think such things. But I also understand that sometimes you just aren't ready. That's where my yoga coaching (or through any of the other instructors) helps! I can work one on one with you to get you some confidence through breathwork, mindfulness, yoga and or functional exercise. I want to help you see yourself and the beautiful spirit you are. I want you to see how strong you already are and how strong you can be! Give your body grace and show gratitude for how far your body has gotten you!
