It started with strange pains in my abdomen.
Sometimes sharp pain, others a dull ache... but it wasn’t constant. It would come and go randomly and I ignored them for months, thinking they would go away… but the pain gradually worsened. Eventually, I had a colonoscopy.
They found a golf ball-sized tumor in my colon. I had no idea what to expect.
The next day, I got a call. It was cancer. I was 26 years old!
From there, everything moved fast. I was rushed into surgery to remove the tumor, and afterward, the doctors told me my diagnosis: Stage IIIc colon cancer.
I was given a treatment plan, but something deep inside me said there had to be another way to support my body.
I started researching, reading survivor stories, and uncovering a world of people who had overcome cancer by making POWERFUL changes in their lives.
Their experiences gave me HOPE and a new PERSPECTIVE on health.
So, I made a personal decision: I chose to take a holistic approach.
I focused on removing toxins, fueling my body with powerful nutrition, and doing everything I could to create an environment where my body could thrive.
And today, years later, I’m still here. Thriving. Strong.
I believe in the body’s incredible ability to recover when given the right support.
