EMBODY is a gentle 2-hour mini retreat created to help moms and caretakers slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and regulate their nervous system- without needing a full day away.
Led by Angela Varner, founder of Mindful MOMents and mom of three, this retreat is rooted in real-life caregiving. Angela teaches simple, practical mindful moments- small pockets of regulation you can use throughout your day to feel calmer, more grounded and more present.
