NEW AT NUMA THIS SUMMER ✨
YOGA ESSENTIALS: It's back! Come join our 60-minute YOGA ESSENTIALS class that focuses on the core elements of vinyasa yoga to expose the student to a comprehensive practice. This class is non-heated and will include:
1) breath awareness
2) gentle movement in a supine/seated and kneeling positions
3) sun salutation A variation
4) 25 minutes of traditional standing postures
5) 10-15 minutes of winding down into savasana.
POWER VINYASA: Ready to move? This high-energy practice POWER VINYASA class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus. You’ll move through a fluid sequence of set poses, synchronizing breath with movement to create an intense, rhythmic flow. Expect a challenging mix of sun salutations, standing balances, and core work. While the pace is vigorous, the focus remains on mindful alignment and inner stillness. You’ll leave feeling energized, sweaty, and completely recharged.
Class passes accepted for both.
