Moms, bring your baby and join the Mama Milk Circle, meeting at 4 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at the Freeport Public Library, 100 E. Douglas Street, Freeport.
At each meeting, we share knowledge, ask and answer questions and talk about all sorts of topics, from postpartum adjustment to feeding, burping, and sleeping. Moms can talk with other moms and experts about newborn routines, how to soothe a fussy baby, exclusively pumping, and infant and child development!
Discussions are led by lactation experts from the FHN/Stephenson County Health Department Breastfeeding Task Force and all moms - as well as siblings and partners - are invited to this FREE group. We welcome first-time attendees with a small gift, so join us!
