Congratulations to Natacha and Cody on the birth of their son, Nico Donald. He was born on November 20 at the FHN Birthing Center at FHN Memorial Hospital in Freeport. Like all new moms who give birth at FHN, Natacha is wearing an orange Post-Birth Alert Program bracelet designed to help keep postpartum patients safe. Congratulations to all!

Letters may be returned to Santa mailboxes at the Freeport Public Library children's desk or the lobbies of FHN Family Healthcare Center - Burchard Hills, FHN Family Healthcare Center - Highland View Drive or FHN Memorial Hospital, all in Freeport.

Rural healthcare advocates, including some of the FHN team, came together yesterday at the University of Illinois Chicago - Rockford to celebrate National Rural Health Day.
FHN President and CEO Mark Gridley took part in a panel discussion with representatives from the Illinois Rural Health Association, rural healthcare leaders from Dixon and Mendota and U of I College of Medicine - Rockford graduates and students on the Power of Rural Health.
