From primary care services to specialty care, we provide expert, convenient care to communities throughout northwestern Illinois. FHN is the only healthcare provider in our service area that offers affiliations with all three major hospitals in Rockford, Illinois, as well as with the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin. Hosted by Family Connects of Stephenson County, Mercyhealth, and Molina Healthcare, this special event is designed to support families with babies up to one year old.

✨ What to expect:
• Connect with local resources to support you and your baby
• Door prizes and giveaways, including baby care items and clothing
• Food baskets provided by East Gate Christian Center

🕙 Spanish-speaking parents: 10–11 am and 4–5 pm
🕚 English-speaking parents: 11 am–12 pm and 5–6 pm
