📅 March 11 is Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day. Mercyhealth is proud to employ 22 dietitians who support our inpatient facilities and provide outpatient care at a variety of clinics.

Hosted by Family Connects of Stephenson County, Mercyhealth, and Molina Healthcare, this special event is designed to support families with babies up to one year old.

Fun fact! Did you know that your orthopedic surgeon was an Olympic swimmer for Team Canada? 🏊🍁

Dr. Draxinger represented his native country at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, competing in the men’s 200-meter backstroke! What an incredible achievement!

That same competitive drive and dedication to excellence is what pushes him to provide the highest level of care and strive for the best possible outcomes for every patient he meets.
