It happens..
You start eating better to lose weight, then you plateau. Your weight gets stuck and it seems like you can't lose any more.
That's where I am now, but I'm determined to be at my goal weight at the 1st of the year.
Yes, I know where I have made a few slip-ups; by drinking Squirt (contains grapefruit, BAD for kidneys), and utilizing the BOGO Culvers coupons (burgers/beef/red meat; BAD for kidneys), a few hot & fresh fries.. just bad period.
So this week I'm focused on getting back on track. While I haven't gained back any weight, I'm at a stand-still.
I should be at 45-50 pounds lost, but for now I'm still at 40.
Even if you started this week and feel you're already off-track, just re-focus.
It can be hard, but it is possible.
I'm right there with you; let's GO!!!
