Essence Yoga Freeport's premier yoga studio located in 331 Plaza(old 331)near Dollar General and Hungry Howie's. Turn onto Blueberry and enter 2nd drive to the left.

Adult Classes

Monday Wednesday and Thursday evenings at
5:30 - 6:45


*Yoga at the Landing/Yoga in the Park

Our Friday morning adult class is held outside at historic Marse Landing on Four Mile Creek or at Laird Park depending on the season. In the case of inclement weather, we will have the class at the studio. Directions to Marse Landing: Take Highway 20 and turn on CR83A across from City Hall. Turn left on Four Mile Road (Shipyard Road). Follow road past Freeport Shipyard. The park is at the end on "The Point." We will be at the docks on the left. Laird Park is on Highway 20, a little past City Hall. Driving west on 20 coming out of Freeport, look for a brown park sign on right, then turn left in to the park. Other services include:

Workshops in Yoga, Meditation, Energy Healing, and more as well as private energy sessions. Private lessons and consultations available by appointment. Essence Yoga also has a line of merchandise including Yoga Mats, Bags, Carriers and blocks.
