📢 Winter is the perfect time to get into a routine with the shorter days now upon us, so join us at Happie Space on Snow Lake on Wednesday evenings at 5pm for Kayla's Mobility class to help you decompress, strengthen and unwind after a long day to go home feeling good!

The snow just brings the cozy vibes even more when over looking the winter wonderland of Snow Lake, Lake James and Pokagon 🤗!

Mobility class is tomorrow at 5:00 p.m. November 5th, we still have availability, who can we get signed up 😊?

For those wondering, our mobility class is similar to yoga, but less strenuous and really for everybody as it focuses more on joint health, strengthening, balance and flexibility. The class age ranges widely as modifications are offered throughout class to accommodate everybody. We provide all equipment and we just encourage positive movement, everybody's body is different and their ability!

We are directly on Snow Lake overlooking Snow Lake, Pokagon and Lake James, right now is a perfect time to come and check out all of the hues of colors popping with the trees and the sparkling water🍁🍂🌊! Winter is a time when we need to get more involved with activities and this is a perfect activity to help you unwind and relax while improving your balance, joint health and mobility!
