Discovering the Chiropractic Solution
It was during Dr. Hans’ undergraduate years in college that he first encountered chiropractic. He was a taking classes during the day, working at UPS at night, and playing lots of basketball in between when he hurt his back. After seeing his medical doctor and getting no help, they even suggested possible surgery, he sought out the expertise of a chiropractor.
This experience led him to become a Chiropractor himself. “I know what it feels like to be in such bad pain that you can’t move, and if you don’t go to a chiropractor the only answer is to dull the pain with pills. It’s scary!”
Learning to Help Others
Dr. Hans earned his Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic West, graduating in 1995. He is a primary care physician with the ability to properly diagnose conditions and assess whether someone is a candidate for and can be helped by chiropractic care. The need for his specialty of Chiropractic corrective care has led to him opening 4 offices in the East Bay over the last decade. He is also a sought after speaker at Chiropractic seminars, helping other Chiropractors understand how to implement his treatment procedures.
Outside of the office, Dr. Hans stays busy with his two active daughters. He is a regular fixture at their high school basketball games, swim meets, and dance performances. “Being outdoors and living a healthy lifestyle is very important to my family and I”.
