Curtis has been training since he was 15 years old, learning from Robert McGovert, his father and mentor. Not only did fitness keep him off of the streets and away from any gangs, Curtis learned fitness and nutrition at such an early age. With many titles and certifications he always remained grounded and humble. With his excitement to spread his passion and knowledge Curtis has helped and transformed many clients today. Curtis decided to attend medical school , to ensure that medical school would not only improve his knowledge but save lives as well. He found his true passion in helping morbidly obese clients, transgenders, gay and lesbian clients as well as your npc competitors. We have a private facility for clients who don’t feel comfortable in a gym setting. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable in your own skin and offer all and every assistance possible. We have over 100’s of clients that have significant improvements with before and after body transformations. Despite how busy he was with his career and his own athletic training Curtis has always been and will always be a life coach, friend, motivator and someone who believes in you!
