We are a small, home-like, 40-bed skilled nursing center in Fremont, Ohio. We offer short-term stays, long-term care, rehabilitation care, respite care, and hospice care. One of our lovely residents shared with us a little bit about their experience at . We just had to share and say thank you for their kind words!

"I came to Parkview Care Center after a hospital stay to improve my strength and walking. The therapy department was excellent, staying on top of everything and helping me to reach my goal of going home! The nursing department, especially Cindy and Erika x 2, were great at addressing all my needs and answering all my questions. Tracie and Talmadge in the kitchen were wonderful, always fulfilling my requests.

The only thing that would make going home better would be if I got to take Margaret, Haley and Alisha from housekeeping home with me! I feel prepared to go home and succeed and I would recommend Parkview to anyone who needs to get stronger and healthier before going home!"
