“ I don’t need Restorative Yoga. I can relax at home for free.”
But do you actually, really deeply relax when you’re at home? Do you create an intentional space free from all distractions with intentional music, energy cleared, and peaceful music for more than a couple of minutes? Is someone there to prop up those parts of the body in need of support and cover you up?
Deep rest that is chosen and intentional resets our nervous system, our mind, our endocrine system, and gives us permission to power-down and unplug.
I challenge you to take an hour and 15 minutes for yourself tomorrow between 1 and 2:15 PM at The Blue Yoga Studio to attend our Restorative class. We only have 2 spots left.
