Today we celebrate our 2ND anniversary! 🥳

2 whole years have flown by. And while it seems like just yesterday that I gave my first massage in my clinic (with only my massage table, a clock, a folding chair and my phone for music), I also don't remember what my life was like before this.

As this day was approaching, I found myself drifting into a 'woe is me' place, where I was saddened that I haven't done more. That I'm not as far into my 5-year plan as I had hoped to be, that I haven't added more services to my menu, that I still feel like a fraud most days.

But I was brought back to reality when I realized that, over the past 2 years, I have..

~ built a self-sustaining business from the ground up
~ helped high school and college athletes prep/recover for their events
~ worked on 15 pregnancies
~ moved houses 2 times
~ got engaged, planned a wedding and got married
~ have a consistent clientele that fill my books month after month
~ been to numerous events and businesses providing chair massages
~ donated my time, skills, and services to multiple charities and organizations
~ created countless connections with clients, business owners, and members of this community

God has reminded me that this race of life He has me in is mine alone. And no amount of comparison, rushing or pity parties will get me where I'm meant to be any quicker. Trusting in God's timing.

Friday night I got to attend the Fremont Area Chamber of Commerce banquet to support my dear friends at Goldenrod Salon who were up for the Workforce Game Changer Award.

Not originally being from Fremont myself, it was such an enjoyable evening to get to learn about business in the community, the years of experience they bring, and all the amazing things they do behind the scene to grow opportunities in our town.

Congratulations to all the awardees! The future is so bright for our community!

If it continues like it has, there would be no complaints from me. But the country girl in me, with an agricultural background, knows we need the moisture.

Either way-with snow or rain or hail or sun-the days will pass and soon we'll be complaining how hot it is! 🤣

Just wanted to pop in and say a quick THANK YOU for your continued love and support. 🫶

These past few months have been an absolute whirlwind. Between running a business, planning a wedding, spending time with family, and chasing after personal goals—I often feel like I'm drowning. And, y’all… I CAN’T SWIM! 😅

But in the midst of it all, God gently reminded me:
I once prayed to be in this exact place.

The chaos, the to-do lists, the long nights, the endless loads of laundry—these are answered prayers. 🙏🏽

His love never fails.
His faithfulness endures through generations.
And for that, I am forever grateful.
