🧠 4:00 PM – SMART Recovery
SMART Recovery is a science-based support group focused on building practical tools for change. It helps people work through addictive behaviors by learning ways to manage urges, handle difficult thoughts, and build a healthier, more balanced life.

👊 6:00 PM – Taking Back Ohio (TBO)
TBO is a recovery meeting centered on connection, hope, and real-life support. It is a place to come as you are, hear from others, and be reminded that recovery is possible one step at a time.

💙 7:30 PM – Narcotics Anonymous Open-Group
NA is a fellowship of people supporting one another in recovery from addiction. This open-group meeting welcomes anyone who wants to learn more, find support, or take part in a recovery-focused environment.

You do not have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. You just have to start somewhere!
