Dr. Jennifer graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Using the latest technology and various adjusting techniques, each patient will have a custom care plan designed specifically for their health care needs. Along with chiropractic care, Semlow Chiropractic Center also offers therapeutic massage therapy from a licensed massage therapist. Semlow Chiropractic Center offers chiropractic care for newborns, children, teenagers, adults and seniors. Most insurances are accepted and cash payments are available. Fall high school sports and band are wrapping up. If you have an athlete or band member as a child it is SO good to give them self care such as chiropractic care and even massage therapy to help rebalance the nervous system, help to relieve tight and achy muscles and help their bodies to recover.

Also parents remember to encourage your child to get enough rest at night, refuel their bodies with proper hydration and nutritious food. Maybe even a few good stretching soon sessions. All these things can help your child’s body restore and heal itself from a long sport and band season.
