Fremont Naturals Foods/Healing Center Fremont Natural Foods has been a Humble family business in Fremont for Over 40 years! Over 30 years ! Can you imagine?

This Woman owned shop has always offered Organics, Bulk Herbs, Grains, nuts and seeds. Now we also offer a good selection of quality vitamins and supplements as well as other wonderful Natural items for your cupboard. ~ Our knowledgeable staff is always willing to help you with your needs and concerns over purchasing any of our items. We like to work with Quality products from reputable companies, so you know you are getting the best when you come to us! The company has changed ownership over the past few years but integrity and service to community has always been Fremont Natural Foods Goal. In April of 2004 ownership changed to it's new owner; Monica Lee. Monica Studied Early Childhood development and always knew health and quality of life was a important factor to the growth and well being of children. After suffering with painful digestive problems, she was once again on the path to health with natural herbs, supplements, and food therapy. Coming from a diverse background, and being a devout Christian, she knows that we were created with the power and the resources to heal ourselves. Sometimes we can be the cause of our own illness, and we can also be the cure to our own Disease. Through the healing of proper diet and nutrition, elimination of destructive foods and habits we can find our way to health. The power of Hope, Faith, Prayer and Gratitude are just as important in how we live, as what we eat. Monica Teaches Sunday School at Green KUMC and is an active member of the Korean Community. Harriet is a familiar face in the shop and she has been working at Fremont Natural Longer than anyone here! She has been with the shop since it's baby steps and is here with us every morning ~ And we are so Grateful to have her herbal wisdom and help in the shop! Betty Is another person you might recognize, as she has been here nearly 10 years! Betty is a great resource as an Herbalist and Wise Woman! Very Spiritual in nature she knows her stuff!
