Fremont Natural Foods has been a Humble family business in Fremont for Over 40 years! This Woman owned shop has always offered Organics, Bulk Herbs, Grains, nuts and seeds. Now we also offer a good selection of quality vitamins and supplements as well as other wonderful Natural items for your cupboard. ~ Our knowledgeable staff is always willing to help you with your needs and concerns over purchasing any of our items. The company has changed ownership over the years but integrity and service to community has always been Fremont Natural Foods Goal. In April of 2002 ownership changed to it's new owner; Monica Lee. Monica is the sixth ower for last 17 years. She had her own health challengis and suffering with painful digestive problems, and other endocrine system issues, she was once again on the path to health with natural herbs, supplements, and food therapy. She is certified foot and back zoner. Coming from a diverse background, and being a devout Christian, she knows that we were created with the power and the resources to heal ourselves. Sometimes we can be the cause of our own illness, and we can also be the cure to our own Disease. Through the healing of proper diet and nutrition, elimination of destructive foods and habits we can find our way to health. The power of Hope, Faith, Prayer and Gratitude are just as important in how we live, as what we eat. Monica Teaches Sunday School at Korean Sewha Church and is an active member of the Korean Community and Sophrano singer in Choirs. Harriet is a familiar face in the shop and she has been working at Fremont Natural Longer than anyone here! Over 40 years ! Can you imagine? She has been with the shop since it's baby steps and is here with us every morning ~ And we are so Grateful to have her herbal wisdom and help in the shop! Betty Is another person you might recognize, as she has been here nearly 20years! Betty is a great resource as an Herbalist and Wise Woman! Very Spiritual in nature she knows her stuff!
