Please join us in recognizing Randy as employee of the Month for March 2026! He started with The Heritage at Shalimar Gardens in February 2019 and is celebrating his 7 Year work anniversary! Randy works in the Maintenance department, and no job is too big for this guy! He works hard to make sure our residents are satisfied with the work he does and works to make sure the residents are always happy. Randy also assists in driving to appointments and keeps everyone safe on the roads. Shalimar wouldn't be the same without you, that you for your dedication to our core values and keeping our community safe and fun!

Please join us in recognizing Miranda as employee of the month for February 2026. She started with The Heritage at Shalimar Gardens in June of 2023. She works in our nursing department as a Med Aide in our Memory Support department. Miranda strives for excellence and is always providing one on one attention to as many residents as she can. She quickly answers call lights, joins in activities and all around provides exceptional care for your loved ones. Miranda is recognized for her dedication and compassion for the work she does. Thank you for everything you do Miranda!
