Fundraiser update:
Thank you to all who donated peanut butter and stick butter for our peanut butter egg fundraiser. And thank you to our volunteers for all their help in making these delicious treats. Together, we raised just over $700 for the residents of Fremont Fountain View. We do have some extras available as well. Thank you everyone for helping make our fundraiser successful for our residents. Looking forward to next year.

The residents enjoyed a game of bowling this afternoon. Our Resident Care Manager assisted our friend Georgie as she has expressed interest in learning. And she did quite well. It always makes us so happy when residents want to try new things
And congrats to our winner Anita being today's bowling champion. 😃

It was such a fun morning as our friends from Bellwether brought 2 adorable puppies for us to snuggle to celebrate National Puppy Day. While these 2 are in the process of being adopted, there are others who are still awaiting the right person or family. And, they are always looking for volunteers at the shelter. Thank you so much for bringing them in for us today. Made our morning extra special ❤️

Mercedes Carr generously made 2 St Patrick's themed cakes for our party this afternoon. Looked amazing and tasted very delicious. We appreciate Mercedes and all the love and generosity she gives to our residents.

The residents enjoyed an Irish themed lunch of brisket, cabbage, potatoes and carrots. And a fun festive dessert. Special thanks to our kitchen manager Lorraine Wellman for preparing today's meal
