We had a wonderful Christmas party this afternoon for our residents. With music from the family of one of our residents, a delicious hot cocoa bar with all the fixings, brought by Stephanie from Hospice. Some tasty treats including festive cupcakes. Gifts for the residents and of course, Santa and his helper. A great time was had by everyone. We were so happy to see our good friend Sue return for the party, helping Nicole keep things running smoothly. Thank you to everyone who came and celebrated with us. To our volunteers, and for everyone who gave of their time to make this a special time for the residents, we thank you all. ❤️

The final day of Christmas spirit week: Ugly Sweater day. Also the day of the staff Christmas party. We enjoyed Spanky's pizza and bread sticks, donated by a wonderful family and we thank them for their generosity. We had tons of laughs with Christmas Jeopardy and even a little karaoke. We all had so much fun this afternoon.

We had quite the musical morning today as Fremont Christian School students came and sang Christmas carols for the residents.
Then Paul and Joyce from Senior Sing A-Long came and a variety of songs were sung and played on an accordion. Was a wonderful morning ❤️

Day 3 of Christmas spirit week: Wacky Wednesday. We had the Grinch and Santas helper, a Christmas tree, and residents with mismatched shoes, even earrings. We also celebrated Raymond's birthday with festive cupcakes. And he received a birthday meal of his choice. We didn't get pictures of this afternoon's indoor snowball fight, but definitely had great fun. Was a wonderful day! ❤️

Day 2 of Spirit week: Christmas socks. We saw some pretty festive socks today. We also received a special gift from the family of one of our dear residents. So very thoughtful of them. This afternoon we had the fun time of making our own snowman. And stayed nice and warm inside while doing so. Overall, was a fun day

We were blessed to have the children come visit on Monday, helping the residents in bowling. This was wonderful! 🥰

Christmas Spirit Week has begun! We started our first day with festive hats and headbands. This included a fun morning exercise with Christmas music and tambourines and maracas

We had another wonderful time at Wellspring Adult Services this morning with Fountain View of Grant making festive door decorations. Was so much fun and we look forward to returning. ❤️
