We were honored to celebrate a truly special milestone at Nye Square as Bill and Shirley Calta marked 70 years of marriage this January! Their love story is one for the books, and we’re grateful we could be part of such a meaningful day filled with surprises from staff and neighbors alike. • Stretch regularly to support balance and flexibility
• Stay hydrated and fuel your body with nourishing foods

• Make wellness social—working out with friends makes it more fun

On Thursday, February 12th at 5:30 PM, Nye Square will be filled with music, laughter, and a little romance as The Arthrighteous Brothers perform live in our Independent Living dining room.

Residents, friends, and family are all welcome to attend. Enjoy an evening of dancing and connection, along with a popcorn bar, sweet treats, and punch.

Last month, staff members Brittnee and Brenda partnered with Tom on a special project. Together, they hid and spread painted rocks—donated by a generous community member—around the campus. Each rock carries kind and encouraging messages, bringing joy to residents, team members, and visitors who discover them!

A little mystery, a lot of chocolate, and plenty of laughs! A few weeks ago, our tenants whipped up a fun (and surprisingly delicious!) treat with Brittnee in Life Enrichment —“moose nuggets.” The name may raise an eyebrow, but the taste was a total hit!

Moments like these are what make Nye Square special: trying new things, sharing laughs, and enjoying fun times together in our community. 💙
