Fremont Health Foundation Our Mission: To develop relationships and resources to advance patient care and clinical excellence

Guided by our mission, “to develop relationships and resources to advance patient care and clinical excellence at Methodist Fremont Health”, the Foundation is an important source of funding for Methodist Fremont Health and provides dollars that are vital for enhancement and expansion. The Fremont Health Foundation is a nonprofit organization and accepts financial gifts to meet the needs that will support Methodist Fremont Health and the services it provides. A local volunteer Board of Directors sees to it that these gifts are well managed and used effectively. Though money directed to the unrestricted fund can benefit the most people being served at Methodist Fremont Health, there are a number of gift programs available through the Foundation. Honor gifts, Memorials, Planned gifts, Endowments and Scholarships are just some of the options.
