Grateful seems like such a small word, it doesn’t begin to cover the feeling of having 22 yogi’s attend our first wednesday evening yoga of 2026 🧘🏻‍♀️✨
Feeling the energy in the room was magic, and it reminded me why I do this.
Here’s to showing up for ourselves, for each other, and still feeling the love of yoga as I head to year 9 of teaching yoga at Jazzercise 🫶🏻
*we ran out of props, improvised & shared, no one complained…we shared & smiled. My heart is 🙌🏻
