🌯🧀 Cheesy Chicken Garlic Wraps 🧄
Servings: 4 wraps • Time: ~25 minutes
📝 Ingredients
For the Chicken Filling
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
1 tbsp butter or oil
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
1/4 cup cream or mayonnaise (for creaminess)
1/4 cup mozzarella or cheddar (mix works great)
For Assembly
4 large tortillas or wraps
1–1.5 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend)
Fresh spinach or lettuce (optional)
A drizzle of garlic sauce or mayo (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Make the Garlic Chicken Filling
Heat butter/oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 30 sec).
Add onions (if using) and sauté until soft.
Stir in shredded chicken, paprika, pepper, salt, and oregano.
Add cream or mayo and a small handful of cheese to make it creamy.
Cook 2–3 minutes until everything is well combined and warm.
Remove from heat.
2. Assemble the Wraps
Warm each tortilla slightly (makes folding easier).
Add a generous spoonful of the chicken filling to the center.
Sprinkle LOTS of cheese on top.
Add lettuce/spinach if you like freshness.
Fold into a wrap/burrito shape.
3. Grill the Wraps
Heat a pan on medium.
Place the wrap seam-side down.
Grill 2–3 minutes per side until golden and the cheese melts.

✨ Tips
Add jalapeños if you want a spicy kick.
Swap chicken for paneer or mushrooms for a vegetarian version.
