I’m so happy I stocked up on this huge box of fresh ginger from Costco — it’s such a comfort knowing we have everything we need to make immune-boosting teas, soups, juices, and other healing tonics at home. 💛
Ginger is truly one of nature’s most amazing spices for these reasons:

• 16 oz warm water
• ½ inch fresh grated ginger
• ½–1 lemon (juice)
• 1 tbsp raw honey
• Optional: sprinkle of organic turmeric powder
