Say hello to Amber P., LMFT!

Amber is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the Director of Outpatient Services at Fremont Hospital, with previous experience across hospital settings, schools, and community-based programs. Her approach is trauma-informed and spirituality-based, with expertise in therapy across all age groups.

Among Amber’s many professional achievements, one she is most proud of is Spirituality with Amber, a 10+ course curriculum she developed to explore spirituality as a foundational element of mental wellness. At the heart of her work is her drive to support patients in finding healing through self-love and reconnection with themselves. When she's not at work uplifting her patients and her team, she's out running marathons! She really can do it all! 🥇

We're truly lucky to have Amber on the team and we're looking forward to watching her incredible impact on Fremont's outpatient program.

Say hello to Crystalyn, AMFT — our Outpatient Clinical Marketing Liaison!

Crystalyn is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who brings years of community behavioral health experience to our team. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and her master’s degree in counseling from Palo Alto University.

Crystalyn is trained in EMDR, family therapy and Trauma‑Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT). She is passionate about expanding access to mental health services across the diverse Bay Area community.

Outside of work, Crystalyn is a creative maker who enjoys crafting custom projects and designing digital art.

Crystalyn plays an essential role in our Fremont outpatient program, and we are so grateful to have her on the team!

We struck gold! Fremont Hospital celebrated St. Patrick's Day by greeting staff with skittles and gold coins in the lobby. We're grateful to work with folks who are always willing to make magic happen at the hospital.
