I have a story to share…

Several years ago I worked in a prison. I had many roles and worked for a few different non profit orgs during my time there. I worked mainly helping incarcerated men with their transition from being incarcerated to helping them locate resources back into the community they would parole into.

I loved my job cause of everything I got to learn from the men I met in there. I loved listening to their stories, observing their behaviors and so much more. I would sit in their aa and na groups and hear how the cycles of generations would repeat the same behaviors that led them to incarceration. I came across thousands of stories. Honestly, I was given curriculum for them to work on, but most times I spent my own time bringing in quotes from books, inspiration and helping them to develop new perspectives. But what they taught me was so much more than what I was teaching them.

They taught me how to be more introspective. They would always tell me about a paradigm shift. They would ask deep questions, and who knew all of this would prepare me for my future quest.

I would collaborate with lifers, and they would assist me with my job. There was one lifer who would help me, his name is Emiliano. This man was professional in his role. We worked with each other just about everyday.

8 years ago, Emiliano (former lifer)was given a date to go home. He came across my personal page picture and reached out to me. Today we met up for lunch and caught up. He has developed an app called Project Protocol. A resource to support individuals on parole or probation. This man has improved his life immensely since being released.

He takes action and is unafraid to pursue his dreams. This man dreamt of being released and is now taking full advantage of his freedom by being an active member of his community and helping others with reentry.

So if you feel like you need a reminder that everything will work out, this picture is here to show you miracles can and do happen! This man, former lifer, is now making his dreams happen and pursing every goal he can dream of.

✨ A New Chapter Begins ✨

After much reflection and countless moments leading me here, I’ve made the heartfelt decision to pause my in-person events. This choice weighs on me, but I feel it’s time to step back. For a while now, I’ve sensed a disconnect, and while I once thought I should continue, I realize I’m being gently guided in a new direction.

This journey has been so meaningful, helping me rebuild and shape who I’m becoming. I’m finally finding the courage to move toward a lifelong dream that has been calling to me for over a year, and has always been there since I was little. Now, I feel ready to step into that space and expand into who I’ve always been.

I’m excited to share that I’ll be focusing on teaching and training, passing on the wisdom I’ve gained so others can shine their light on their healing journeys. I’ll also be offering virtual meditations for purchase, centered around healing through sensuality—something I’ve longed to explore.

Though it’s a bit scary to venture into the unknown, I trust my intuition and am ready for this next step. I’ll always cherish the spaces, places, and wonderful people I’ve encountered along the way. Thank you for being a part of this journey with me. As I transition, I invite you to join me for the last in-person events this November. Let’s celebrate the memories we’ve created together!

Let’s talk about the loops we get stuck in—the emotional patterns we can’t seem to break.

This post isn’t just about sound healing or spiritual practices. This is me, showing you the raw, unfiltered parts of my life. The parts that I’d rather hide behind a mask—but today, I’m pulling that mask down.

I’ve been caught in these loops for what feels like forever:

1️⃣ The Loop of Love and Loss with My Dog—holding onto her life, wondering if it’s for her sake or because I can’t face the grief.

2️⃣ The Family Loop—living in the highs and lows of a toxic relationship with my mom, hoping every time it will be different.

3️⃣ The Business Loop—feeling like I’m not enough, like I don’t fit the mold, constantly trying to prove my worth. Exhausted from fighting, but unable to walk away.

But I’m learning that breaking the loop doesn’t mean leaving it behind—it means shifting how I engage with it. Healing is about confronting these patterns with compassion, with honesty, and sometimes with deep discomfort.

Have you ever felt stuck in an emotional loop?

Maybe it’s time to start asking ourselves: Why do we stay in these loops? What are we holding onto? How can we begin to shift without needing to escape?

Eclipse Season

Some of you may be experiencing grief through change. And although the change may be uncertain or unclear at this time, you are going through BIG FEELS!

There Is something you are removing from your life or life has removed something, someone or a circumstance from you.

As reminder, here are the stages of grief. And grief doesn’t always mean death of a person. It can be death of a breakup; which is a loss of relationship. Death of a job, loss of income, and so on.

See if you can identify the stage you are experiencing:

Denial: Allow yourself to feel the shock. It’s okay to take time to process what has happened.

Anger: Feel the frustration and let it out in healthy ways. Your emotions are valid.

Bargaining: Understand that “what ifs” are part of the process. Be kind to yourself during this time.

Depression: Sit with the sadness. Know it’s okay to not be okay, and seek support if needed.

Acceptance: Find peace in tiny moments. This stage isn’t about being “okay” but about finding a new way forward.

Every step in a pet of your unique healing journey. Be gentle with yourself: each stage is a testament to your strength and love.

You were not what I remembered from a year ago. Last year we had so much fun. This year,you replaced fun with focus. You have tested my devotion on so many levels In all areas of my life. I have grieved so much, yet a parallel version ran with a fire 🔥 that was lit inside,showing me how I can improve this time around,and giving me the courage to go, even while being scared. I’d like to say it’s because I had no choice, but i had and have choices. I choose to be the leader in my life. I choose to keep going because I know the miracles in my life that have changed me for the better and it is my duty to share and offer it with as many people are willing to say yes. You provided me with another opportunity to remember MY WHY! Thank you 🙏🏻

Sound Healing, via 1:1 with Himalayan/ Tibetan singing bowls, polishes the rough edges.

Just like any stone that becomes soft, it must go through a long process of water eroding the rough edges. You are no different.

Expressing your emotions softens you, clearing away the rough patches you thought belonged to you.

I say this confidently, because of my personal transformational experiences, you can be a skeptic and still walk away with a feeling of change.

Yes, you’re going to say- that was super weird! Or not know how you felt about the experience, but one things for sure, your life will begin to change, Internally. Which changes your perspective and your external life begins to shift.
