STIs, or Sexually Transmitted Infections, are more common than you think. Nearly 75% of STI cases in Fresno County were diagnosed in people under the age of 30 in 2023. 📊

That means, now more than ever, it's important to get tested, even if you have no symptoms. By testing, you gain more clarity and control over your health and are more confident when engaging in any sexual activity. 🧪

Don't forget to WRAP IT UP, use condoms, and don't be afraid to ask questions. Remember, open conversations help you understand risk, make informed choices about protection and testing, and build trust. 💕

You deserve respect for your health, boundaries, and consent. Stay Health Bulldogs! (and give us a call if you would like to schedule an appointment! 559.278.2734.) 📲

Why do we ask you to check in 15 minutes early?

Because your appointment actually starts before the provider walks in. 🧐

First, we check you in. ✔️

Then we call you back and grab your vitals:
Blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, respiration, and weight. 🩺

Next, we talk about what brought you in: Your symptoms, allergies, and medical history,Any recent hospital visits,Insurance updates if needed, and we review past records.

👉All of that happens before the provider even steps in.

So when your appointment time hits?
We’re ready.
You’re ready.
And your visit starts on time. 🥳

Super easy, and super important!

Make sure to check in 15 minutes BEFORE your appointment time to make for an easy, stress-free visit. Stay Healthy Bulldogs!
