The scale doesn’t always tell the full story.
If you’re training consistently, eating better, and showing up… but the number isn’t moving, that doesn’t mean nothing is happening. It often means body recomposition is doing its job.
Fat loss + muscle gain can cancel each other out on the scale, while your body is:
• Getting leaner
• Stronger
• More defined
• Healthier
That’s why progress can look “stuck” on the scale but obvious everywhere else.
