Kudos to Dr Dickson and Dr Fair for their BAFERD award! The BAFERD is given to residents who are…well BAFERDS for their clinical and procedural good catches. Both Dr Dickson and Dr Fair had a successful cricothyrotomy of crashing patients this month! Nice saves docs!
