We are Fresno's hub for training, nutrition, and recovery. We offer a variety of unique fitness classes like Cardio Kickboxing, Yoga, H.I.I.T., Zumba, and special fitness events. Our facility also offers massage therapy, a sauna, a cold plunge tank, and a children's room for kids to hang out and play while you're getting your workout in! The MAYHEM Fitness Race is landing in San Jose with a brutal, unforgettable course built for athletes who want more than a finish line. You’ll take on 10 intense stations, each followed by a half-mile hill climb and descent before charging straight into the next challenge.

Expect a savage mix of functional fitness and tactical military-style exercises, including:
