UroGynecology Specialty Center We are focused solely on treating women with common pelvic floor problems. Dr. Benjamin Steinberg is the only fellowship-trained Urogynecologist in the area.

We are pleased to be the only center in the Central Valley that specializes in female pelvic floor disorders and reconstructive surgery. Urogynecologists are required to have a residency in obstetrics/gynecology and must complete three additional years of fellowship training in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery. As a result of this training, Dr. Steinberg has the medical and surgical expertise in common female pelvic floor disorders such as a dropped bladder, urinary leakage, overactive bladder, problems emptying the bladder, sexual dysfunction and recurrent urinary tract infections.
