“Two years ago, I didn’t think I had a future. Today, I’m living one I’m proud of. My journey began in a hospital bed….rock bottom, battling psychosis, and finally admitting I needed help. For years, I had run from my trauma and low self-worth, avoiding the truth about my addiction. But at My Time, something shifted. I learned how to face it. I found my voice. I found my purpose. My story is proof of what can happen when you decide to show up for yourself when you commit 110% and refuse to give up. The growth that can happen in two years is truly life-changing. To the team at My Time, thank you for holding space for me when I couldn’t hold it for myself. And to the clients in their first 30 days: I see you. I’ve been there. I know how hard it is. But you are worth the work.”
