🏡 Our Personal Care Attendants Are Heroes of Care 💚

During home visits, Personal Care Attendants (PCA) support our participants with essential daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, shopping, and personal hygiene. Their work brings comfort, dignity, and connection into the homes of the seniors we serve.

💚 In just one year, PACE by IIH PCAs provided more than 830,000 hours of in-home care to participants across our communities.

This National PACE Month, we proudly celebrate the compassion, skill, and dedication of our incredible PCAs who make all the difference every single day.

🚐 Getting There Matters 💚💛

In 2024, PACE by IIH provided more than 350,000 transportation rides to seniors across our service areas!

That’s 350,000 safe and reliable trips to medical appointments, clinics, day centers, and back home again. Every ride is more than miles traveled. It represents independence gained, health supported, and community strengthened.

This National PACE Month, we proudly celebrate our dedicated Transportation Team for helping participants stay connected to the care they need and the places they love.

🍽️ Nourishing Body and Spirit through PACE Food Services 💚💛

At PACE by IIH, our Food Services and Nutrition teams play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of our participants. In 2024, they served more than 80,000 hot meals to seniors across our Day Centers.

These meals offer more than nourishment. They provide security, routine, and a sense of community.

💙 Strong at Every Age: Men’s Health Matters 💙

June is Men’s Health Month—a reminder that real strength means taking care of yourself, especially as you age.

For men over 55, regular checkups and age-appropriate screenings, including for prostate cancer, are essential for catching issues early and maintaining long-term health.

At PACE by IIH, our participants have access to a dedicated primary care team that personalizes preventive care based on each individual’s age, needs, and history—so they can stay strong, independent, and thriving.
