Aspire Counseling Services started in the Central Valley in the city of Bakersfield, CA in the year of 2015. Continuing the mission to Plant Seeds and Save Lives, Aspires branches spread throughout the Valley into CA in 2019 to Fresno to provide the local community with our top-rated 5-star treatment just like all of our other locations in CA.
