It’s pumpkin spice season, and here’s a smoothie that tastes like dessert but fits your bariatric goals. 🎃✨

• Start with 6-8oz of the milk of your choice
• Add 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
• Add 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
• Sprinkle in 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
